With the filter integrity tester "it-01" and the filter
test box "itb-10" up to 10 small vent filters can be simultaneously tested in a one test run. All filters are tested in parallel.

The Low Pressure Test Box ''itb-LP'' is an accessory for the filter integrity tester ''it-01G'' that has been designed for leakage tests on sterile package bags and containers.
It is controlled by the filter integrity tester ''it-01G''.
The inlet side (pressure) of the "itb-LP" is linked to the line pressure source (1-3.5 barg).
- The filling valve is disconnected from the filter integrity tester "it-01".
- The cable of the "itb-LP" is plugged into the same connector.
- A PTFE sterile filter capsule is mounted on the outlet side of the
"itb-LP" (Tri-clamp TC 1.5“).
- Sterile bags are fixed to the outlet side of the capsule.
- The test program for the specific leakage test is started on the filter integrity tester "it-01".
- When the test is over, the sterile bags are emptied by the inbuilt vacuum pump.

It is connected and controlled by the "it-01" filter integrity tester.
The wetting procedure of membrane filter is fully automatic as well as the test run.
A suitable optimized wetting procedure is started for every filter test. It minimizes any risks of negative test results, especially with PES membrane filters.
